Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

In the case of a sales contract: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods;
In the case of a service (e.g. voucher order): from the day the contract is concluded.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).
You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

2. Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any costs as a result of this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

3. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the provision of accommodation services (e.g. guest rooms, packages, "Reside & Dine"),
for the provision of catering services or
for the provision of leisure activities (e.g. garden tours, picnic experiences, seasonal events),
if a specific date or period is stipulated in each case (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts.

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and have been individually made for you (e.g. personalized vouchers),
in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed,
In the case of digital content (e.g., PDF vouchers via email), if you have expressly agreed that we will begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
