For individual requests outside of our daily surprise menu, we charge an extra fee starting from €10.00 per personPlease let us know your wishes in good time – we will do our best to implement them with care.


Note regarding room allocation for single overnight stays

Since we only four guest rooms available, we can at Single overnight stays only the appointment, however not a specific room guarantee. Your Room request We will of course gladly note it and take it into account where possible. However, we reserve the right to make a request if necessary. Room swap to do.


Cancellation policy & trip cancellation

  • One free cancellation is up to
    –         4 weeks before arrival possible
    –         8 weeks before arrival, if more than two rooms were booked
  • For later cancellations, we will charge the full reservation amount.
  • Please note: Cancellation is exclusively in writing possible (e.g. via email).


    • Our tip: Travel cancellation insurance

    To ensure you are protected in the event of a short-notice change, we recommend taking out a Travel cancellation insurance.
